SHIPPING

Domestic Shipments:

  • Our products can be shipped to all 50 states within the United States.

  • All orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx. 

  • Estimated order processing time is 1-3 business days.

  • Once the package has been shipped the estimated delivery time is 3-7 days. 

  • Shipping time may increase during busier times of the year such as holidays and unforeseen natural disasters. 

International Shipments: 

  • Unfortunately we are currently not offering international shipping. We are working to incorporate it in the near future. Thank you for your patience.

Shipping Confirmation Email:

  • A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email that was used at checkout once the order is shipped.

  • If an order confirmation/shipping confirmation email is not received please contact our team at customerservice@premierdynamicnutrition.com

Tracking:

  • Tracking information will be sent to the email that was used at checkout once the order is shipped.

  • The order tracking number that is sent to your email may not update until the postal carrier initially scans it in. Please give up to 24 hours for the tracking number to initially update.

If you have not received your package or your order is showing delivered, please follow the following steps:

  • Please allow 3-7 days for the package to be delivered. Shipping carriers sometimes might mark the package as delivered but will not deliver it until a later time frame. If the package has still not arrived after the 7th business day, please contact our team at customerservice@premierdynamicnutrition.com so our team can further assist you. 

  • If your package is marked as lost in transit or can not be located, please contact our team at customerservice@premierdynamicnutrition.com.

Incorrect Address

  • Please send us an email with the correct address and order number right away and we will do our best to update your order before it gets shipped out.

  • Once the package has been shipped we can not change your address. Therefore, please contact the respective carrier (USPS or FedEx) to change your address.
